Policies:
All reservations for The Homestead 1867 B&B must be made at least 24 hours before check-in time.
Only with a confirmation letter your reservation was made successfully.
If you never received a confirmation letter contact your host immediately!
Our check-in time is between 3 pm and 6 pm. We can accommodate late arrivals,
but please be kind enough to contact us to receive the information you will need to do so.
Check out time is 11 am.
We are a Non-Smoking facility inside and out and we do not allow pets.

Payment
For payment of the room we will send you a secure invoice by email, the week before check-in.
This email will lead you to a secure website (Square) to pay your invoice safely online with a credit card.

Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel your reservation till 1 week before check-in without any cost. If you must cancel,
within 7 days notice before arrival, you will be charged a $40.00 handling fee.
